Clothing must be clean, neat, and appropriate for a professional office environment. Employees should ensure that their attire reflects an acceptable standard of hygiene, modesty, and professionalism.
This list is not exhaustive. Employees are expected to exercise good judgment when selecting workplace attire. Supervisors may provide guidance where necessary to ensure that dress remains consistent with Company standards.
ONIT will accommodate dress requirements related to religion, disability, or other protected grounds in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code.
